JOB TITLE: Corporate Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 6+ PQE

THE ROLE:
The appointed Corporate Lawyer will join a team of experts who have established a well-deserved reputation for providing excellent technical advice and well as displaying exceptional commercial awareness. The team act on behalf of a diverse and wide range of clients including multinational companies, international investors and entrepreneurs. The Corporate Solicitor will have the flexibility to undertake a diverse caseload of corporate related matters and it is expected that the Corporate Lawyer will hit the ground running from the outset and take on a busy caseload, in addition to supporting other more junior members of the team. Applications are also welcomed from Partners who are keen to join a firm where they can play an integral role in developing the corporate offerings.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Corporate Lawyer will have excellent academics and will ideally have gained experience within corporate law at another recognised law firm. The Solicitor / Lawyer should have a wealth of knowledge in all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. The Corporate Solicitor will be an expert at business development and committed to cross selling and supporting growth of other areas of the business. It would be a distinct advantage if applicants had prior experience of supervising other members of the team as, due to the experience level required for this appointment, the Corporate Solicitor will be expected to use their experience and expertise to help other members of the team reach their full potential.
