JOB TITLE:                  Experienced Court of Protection Fee Earner
PQE REQUIRED:          2+
LOCATION:                  Manchester
HOURLY RATE:            up to c£60,000 DOE
 
THE ROLE:
The appointed Court of Protection Fee Earner will be handling their own caseload of deputyships and personal injury trusts, arising from personal injury or clinical negligence claims. The successful Solicitor will be joining a renowned team comprised of experts in the field of Court of Protection. THE CANDIDATE:
This firm’s ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of running Court of Protection matters both during litigation and after settlement. Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals are encouraged to apply.
