COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
With a keen interest to further develop the firm, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be walking into an existing caseload and will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running with minimal supervision. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, the role will be varied and cover all types of commercial property and not your usual run of the mill property transactions. You will be working on a variety of property matters including development, landlord and tenant, commercial sales and purchases, along with some high net worth work. As an innovative and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be motivated to excel in all that you do. You will have demonstrable experience thriving in a challenging environment and handling a range of commercial property matters, most importantly being keen to develop your knowledge and support the growth of the business.
