JOB TITLE: Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive
PQE REQUIRED: 5+

SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
The established litigation team covers the full remit that is commercial and civil litigation including personal injury, property litigation, contractual disputes, debt recover and company disputes to name bit a few. The supportive and expanding team has identified the need for an additional Litigation Solicitor to handle a challenging and complex caseload of contentious related matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of litigation matters including contentious property matters, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and some personal injury matters. Ideal Litigation Solicitors will have a strong track record in dealing with both commercial and civil litigation matters gained within a reputable practice recognised for their litigation offerings. You will possess the ability to handle a diverse and challenging caseload and be looking for a friendly and supportive team where you can see your career flourish.
