You will take responsibility for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered and shared ownership. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion. Your caseload will include the full remit of residential property work, with additional exposure to other areas of property work when working as part of the wider team. Should you have interest in commercial property work, opportunities will be provided to you to expand or develop your commercial property knowledge. Contribute to a culture of teamwork and high performance, with a strong focus on customer care.
