JOB TITLE: Litigation Paralegal
LOCATION: South Yorkshire
EXPERIENCE: 1 years’ experience
SALARY: up to c£27,500 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for an ambitious Litigation Paralegal who will be looking to run their own case load of matters, with supervision from fee earners where required. Your caseload will consist of pre litigated fast-track ex portal accident cases, mainly EL and PL but may also include some RTA cases. A typical day will see you preparing cases for issue, obtaining evidence in support of liability, pre action disclosure, instructing experts, preparing witness statements, making decisions on disclosure and assessing value of claim. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work on a daily basis.
