CORPORATE SOLICITOR:
This busy corporate and M&A team is ranked in the Top 10 in the UK for number of deals. They work across a range of sectors and act for clients from early stage start-ups through to substantial private companies and PLCs, nationally and internationally. You will enjoy working as part of a great team and have access to regular training and technical updates from the firm’s dedicated corporate PSL. As a team, and a firm, they pride themselves on outstanding client service and the delivery of commercial and cost-effective advice. The firm is looking for talented corporate and M&A lawyers at Associate and Senior Associate level, likely between 1 – 5 PQE. If you are applying for a more senior role you will be given the autonomy to lead on client work and supervise junior members of the team. If you are applying for one of the more junior roles, the firm will provide support and development opportunities so that you can continue to build on your experience. You will be an ambitious lawyer who excels in corporate and M&A law and enjoy working on complex transactions with clients across a range of diverse sectors.
