THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen within a reputable law firm in Cambridgeshire for an experienced and skilled Residential Property Lawyer looking for a new challenge within their career. As the chosen Residential Property Lawyer, you will be playing a key role in developing the firm’s residential real estate offering and will ideally have experience of dealing with the broad spectrum of complex residential property matters. You will as the appointed Residential Property Solicitor be dealing with all types of complex residential property matters including leasehold/freehold house / flat sales and purchases, shared ownership, residential development, remortgages, new builds and a variety of other matters

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Associates / Senior Associates who are looking for a new challenge in their career. Working closely with the Real Estate team, you will have proven expertise in dealing with all types of residential property and the potential to progress and grow your career within residential property. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have at least 8 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of residential property transactions and be looking for an opportunity where they can feel like a valued member of the team. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have gained relevant experience within a reputable commercial practice renowned for their residential property offerings.
