JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE: NQ up to 2 years
LOCATION: Hertfordshire

THE ROLE:
This leading firm is looking for a junior Solicitor to join their leading family team. Much of the team’s work is advising, often wealthy, clients on complex financial issues in divorce proceedings. They also advise on pre and post nuptial agreements, cases involving children of separating couples, particularly where there are international issues, agreements for cohabiting couples and TOLATA cases and disputes concerning children. As a key part of the firm’s wider private wealth sector, they work with other teams in the firm to provide their high net worth clients, including city professionals, celebrities and successful entrepreneurs, with a bespoke and fully integrated service.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Solicitor will be either newly qualified or up to 2 years' PQE and a passion for family law. You should be able to demonstrate at least a 6-month training seat within family law. Your experience must be within private family law and ideally with some experience of working with high net worth clients.
