PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:

You will be joining a firm that is dedicated and determined in pursuit of success for its clients, which in turn supports its people to build careers and realise their full potential. Working with the Senior Fee Earners within the private client team, the appointed Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will be undertaking their own fee earning caseload which will include drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust and Estate Administration. You will be handling an existing caseload as well as developing and building new relationships. Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives who have a proven track record of dealing with their own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust and Estate Administration matters. You will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in conducting a full and varied caseload of private client matters from start to finish.
