JOB TITLE: Locum Residential Conveyancer
LOCATION: Kent
PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40

THE ROLE:
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with upwards of 3+ years' experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters to include freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, new build, help to buy, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and advising on residential tenancy agreements. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. This role is office based and the successful Locum will be based in their Kent office.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
