OVERVIEW:
• This is an exceptional opening with a long established Newcastle law firm for a Construction Solicitor to join its award winning team.
• The role will see you working with a wide range of clients including developers, major corporations, funders, contractors and local authorities.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of construction work as well as working closely with colleagues on larger projects
• Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE with experience in both contentious and non-contentious work.
• In addition, you will be self-motivated and have enthusiasm for business development, working with minimal supervision always adopting a can-do attitude.
