JOB TITLE: Locum Family Lawyer – Holiday Cover
LOCATION: Kent
PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This role is best suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years’ experience managing their own caseload of matters under minimal supervision. You will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of privately funded matters and will provide helpful support and well-informed advice efficiently whilst being sympathetic and approachable. A typical day will see you advising clients on a range of matters to include, divorce, financial matters, child proceedings, separation and domestic violence. The successful Locum Lawyer must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice. This role is office based and the successful Locum will be based in their Kent office.
