JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years' PQE
LOCATION: Surrey/South West London

THE ROLE:
This impressive firm offers an established position within the London market. Currently looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive into their expanding department. The team handles a breadth of work covering all issues in relation to Residential Property matters including sales, purchases, shared ownership and new build transactions. The successful Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive will have solid experience gained with a similar private practice law firm and will be used to working in a CQS accredited team. The Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive will also able to offer management experience as the role will require supervision of a team of highly skilled paralegals.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive will have c2 years' PQE gained whilst working for a similar, Legal 500 rated practice. This position requires an individual who is approachable, confident and enthusiastic to join a progressive firm. Ideally, you will be experienced in dealing with a busy and varied workload with an ability to remain calm under pressure. Your enthusiasm to be part of a friendly, secure and forward-thinking firm will be a given.
