JOB TITLE: Locum Corporate Solicitor
LOCATION: London (working available)
SALARY: Market rate

THE ROLE:

Highly regarded and well recognised Central London practice require the assistance of a talented Corporate Solicitor to assist them on a locum or fixed term basis for the next 3-6 months, with possible extension.
Due to a particularly busy period for the department, the locum Corporate Solicitor will work alongside the existing team handling deals typically falling into in the £5m - £50m value bracket. This could include the acquisition and disposal of assets, share acquisitions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and working on equity funding rounds.
The successful Corporate Solicitor will work alongside the existing team to ensure a timely, efficient and pragmatic service for clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (substantially higher levels of PQE will also be considered), you will have gained significant experience within Corporate law and will have the ability to hit the ground running in a busy transactional role. Public company or private equity experience is not required for this position. You will be available at relatively short notice to commence this interim assignment and will be able to provide consistent cover for the next few months. This role is likely to offer 2-3 days per week remote working if required.
