OVERVIEW:
• The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will provide advice on the full remit of commercial property law including leases, commercial developments, freehold and leasehold commercial properties and also acquisitions and disposals.
• You will also be able to provide advice on some high value residential transactions and further develop the commercial property offerings within the East Midlands market.
• To be considered for the role of Commercial Property Solicitor you will have a minimum of 7 Years PQE and must have sound technical expertise across all areas of commercial property law along with a working knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Working closely with the Head of Department will provide the newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor the chance to gain exposure a wide and varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
• With a wealth of experience across all areas of commercial property law, you will be able to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of files.
• Covering a diverse client base, you will be advising commercial landlord and tenants, developers and also businesses on all types of real estate transactions.
