JOB TITLE: Locum Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Bristol (In Office working)
HOURLY RATE: £35.00 - £38.00

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed conveyancer will be personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
