OVERVIEW:
• Recognised in the legal directories for their corporate and commercial offerings, this reputable practice is keen to appoint Corporate Solicitor into their team.
• The collaborative corporate commercial team covers a range of legal services and are looking for ambitious Corporate Solicitors who are looking to handle an excellent quality of work within a reputable practice.
• Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have up to 4 years’ experience in managing their own caseload of corporate commercial matters.
• Working on behalf of a diverse client base, the appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be advising on a varied caseload of matters to include corporate matters and some commercial work.
• An interesting and challenging caseload for a technically brilliant Corporate Solicitor to get their teeth stuck into.
• Also on offer is significant client contact and high-quality transactions.
