COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR 4+ PQE – NORTHAMPTONSHIRE - £50,000 TO £70,000 – JOB REF:6924

This is a long-standing firm with an enviable well established client base. Their Northampton office is enjoying considerable growth which, coupled with an existing need to recruit has created the opening for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor and contribute to their continuing success. They are offering a negotiable salary plus bonus, pension and excellent benefits package. Transparent promotion criteria and significant investment to skills development on offer.

THE ROLE:
This successful and fast growing firm are currently looking for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their progressive department. The Commercial Real Estate Solicitor will cover a variety of standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant and some development work in addition to complex transactional matters. You will be joining a highly competent team and have access to a shared facility of secretarial support and case management system. Experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance is required. Suitable candidates will display c4+ years' PQE and must be comfortable operating under their own autonomy but will also be an integral part of a larger firm-wide team. You will act for property investors, developers, banks and occupiers, this highly experienced team of real estate lawyers provide specialist advice and negotiation skills across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
