THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join this reputable team. The work involves a range of M&A, join ventures, private equity, shareholder agreements and AIM Listed working. You will join a close knit team where everybody gets "stuck in". The work will involve assisting with large-scale corporate transactions as well as running your own smaller-scale transactions and generally working with a varied and interesting client base. You will be expected to negotiate all aspects of corporate and banking transactions, taking the lead on verification, due diligence work and other legal processes.
