THE ROLE:
An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced in-house lawyer to join the legal team of a forward-thinking and innovative organisation. Our client is looking for a Locum Commercial Lawyer to provide legal advice across a wide range of matters to include commercial contracts, IT, data protection, procurement and intellectual property. This role offers a hybrid working position - the company supports and encourages flexibility and remote working.

THE CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this post you must possess a minimum of 4 years of previous experience in handling a varied caseload of commercial matters. Previous experience in the drafting and negotiating of contracts as well experience in IT / IP will be highly advantageous for this role. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
