JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Consultant
LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: Fee-sharing opportunity

THE ROLE:
If you are a residential conveyancer wanting to work more flexibly as a consultant then we have an outstanding opportunity to discuss with you, the role does not require you to have your own client following but will see you handling a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions for clients. You will be confident and dedicated Solicitor with upwards of 5 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing, you will be given the freedom to focus upon the requirements of your clients, delivering an exceptional efficient service.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with the drive, ambition, and self-belief to become a success as a fee-sharing Consultant Solicitor with this highly regarded firm. You will be skilled in self-discipline and self-motivation and will be confident in your ability to build or move a client base with you to a new organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive Residential Property Solicitor who is committed to handling work of the highest quality and developing new business.
