JOB TITLE: Experienced Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: up to c£53,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Solicitor to support on a wide range of property matters for social housing clients. The successful property solicitor will be working on a mix caseload of matters to include development work, acquisition, buying and selling property as well as other general property matters. You will be expected to provide assistance to the Partner on major projects to include developments, whilst at all times maintaining effective client relationships.

THE CANDIDATE:
This opportunity is suited to dynamic and experienced Property Solicitors who have a proven ability to take responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate. Property Solicitors wishing to be considered for this role must have strong client focus and commitment to delivering excellent client care along with commercial awareness. Applications are welcomed from experienced Property Solicitors who have a minimum off 3 years’ PQE in commercial property work. The ideal candidate will also have experience of working for social housing however this is not essential.
