THE ROLE:
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to head up the leading team in Northamptonshire. Offering a high level of service, the appointed Senior Commercial Property Solicitor will be looking for a new challenge and will welcome the opportunity to progress their career. The role will be varied and include high calibre matters including sale and development matters, commercial leasehold, renewable energy projects and large-scale property sales and acquisitions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have a strong track record in dealing with all types of property related matters and be looking for a role where you can see your career flourish. You will as the chosen Head of Department / Director be expected to play a key role within the leading team and be able to handle high value transactions and a varied caseload of matters. Suitable Property Lawyers will have at least 10 years PQE in conducting their own caseload of matters as well as supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and other members of the team.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary dependent on experience and discretionary bonus plus private health plan and pension. Flexible / remote working will be considered, excellent prospects for career development.
