RISK & COMPLIANCE SOLICITOR 4+ PQE – OXFORDSHIRE - £45,000 TO £55,000 (DOE) – JOB REF:6734

You will join a reputable firm that is a well-known, successful and respected law firm. You can expect excellent working conditions and a supportive, forward thinking, friendly team. This well respected law firm is seeking an experienced individual to join and support their risk and compliance team. Initially, this would be working closely with the Risk and Compliance Partner. For the right person there will be career progression as it forms part of a succession planning strategy. The role will cover all SRA standards and regulations, the SRA Code of Conduct in particular; money laundering regulations, proceeds of Crime Act and AML compliance generally; data protection and risk management generally. Ideally the firm is looking to attract a lawyer with previous fee earning experience, who now has a background in risk and compliance or has solid experience in a fee-earning role and would like to change their work dynamic. It could be someone with the requisite experience in either private practice or an in-house role. The successful candidate may be from a large regional or London firm who wishes to join a progressive, forward thinking firm which is based in a part of the country offering a good life/work balance.
