JOB TITLE: NQ Construction Solicitor
PQE: NQ-5 years
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
A new position has arisen within the construction team of this leading regional practice for a Construction Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of non-contentious construction cases. The role requires the appointed Construction Lawyer to work to tight deadlines as well as prioritise their own caseload of matters. The successful Construction Lawyer will also have an interest in business development and be keen to join a growing and progressive practice. This role will mainly involve dealing with non-contentious construction matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Construction Solicitors will have gained relevant experience within construction law within a reputable law firm. The appointed Construction Solicitor will need to have excellent technical skills and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, alongside impeccable organisation. This is a wonderful opportunity for a hardworking and tenacious self-starter, who is capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships and actively contributing to this successful and dynamic team. The appointed Construction Lawyer will have completed at least one seat within construction law or have up to 5 years PQE and a strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent technical skills along with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
