THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen within a leading real estate department for an experienced and skilled Commercial Property Lawyer looking for a new challenge within their career! The team covers the broad remit of real estate work and they are keen to hear from specialist Commercial Property Lawyers who have a strong track record of advising across the broad remit of commercial property law! Responsible for your own caseload of matters, you will possess the ability to conduct a diverse caseload of commercial real estate matters including development matters and acquisitions and disposals of land for development, overage agreements and landlord and tenant matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Associates looking for the next step in their career or Senior Associates who are looking for a new challenge. The team are becoming increasingly busy, and they are keen to hear from individuals who can come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters. Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have at least 6 years PQE, and more experienced Commercial Property Lawyers will be considered for this role. With a strong commercial property background, you will have gained relevant experience within a practice renowned for their commercial property offerings and be able to demonstrate expertise in development work along with sales and purchases experience.
