This well-known and highly regarded law firm based in the Cotswolds are seeking an experienced Property Locum to cover a 1-week holiday cover in December 2021. Interested and available? OVERVIEW:
• This highly regarded law firm in the Cotswolds are seeking a Residential Property Locum to cover a holiday leave for one week in December 2021.
• This role will be office based; however, the firm are fully COVID compliant in line with government guidelines.
• The role will be from Monday 13th December- Friday 17th December and will cover holiday leave for a Residential Property fee earner.
• The candidate must have previous experience of handling a busy caseload property matters such as remortgages, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, right to buy and new plot purchases. It isn’t essential that you are qualified, however strongly desirable that you have previously handled and dealt with your own caseload.
• The role is full time, 9am-5pm.
• Based in the Cotswolds, gorgeous views!
• Long-standing high street firm
• Generous hourly rate and weekly pay- £34+ per hour dependant on experience
