DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE (COMLIT/PROPLIT) 2+ PQE - £EXCELLENT – WILTSHIRE – JOB REF: 6110

THE ROLE:
A career-defining opportunity has become available with an ambitious Wiltshire firm seeking to extend their client offering. A recent key hire into the business has enabled the firm to establish a new team focusing upon dispute resolution. The appointed Dispute Resolution Solicitor will take on a busy and varied case load of both Commercial and Property litigation matters. The workload for this role will focus predominantly upon property disputes, acting on behalf of property investors and developers. This role is available on a full-time or potentially a part-time basis and offers flexible working, including regular home working if required.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is well suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years of previous experience within a dispute resolution, commercial litigation or property litigation role. As an ‘output’ focussed firm, this client is seeking individuals with the ability to produce high quality work and to deliver excellent levels of client care, regardless of whether they are office or home based.
