JOB TITLE: Family Lawyer
EXPERIENCE: 5+

THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought-after position has become available for a talented Family Lawyer to join this firms well established Family team; you will have a broad knowledge in all aspects of Family Law. The appointed Lawyer will be responsible for handling their own broad caseload of Family matters to include, Divorce, Ancillary Relief, Civil Partnerships, Separation, Cohabitation Property Disputes, Pre-nuptial agreements and private and public children law. You will have the opportunity to play an active and key role in the future direction of the firm, and in the development and growth of the Family department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will have gained at least 5+ years’ experience within family law, experience in private and public children law including provisioning for children and their care and protection from violence in the form of occupation orders and non-molestation injunction orders would be an advantage but this is not essential. The applicant must be committed to providing helpful support and well-informed advice whilst being sympathetic and approachable.
