A thriving firm in the South West are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their firm in Dorset, the role is a permanent position, and will commence in January 2022. JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Dorset
SALARY: Up to c£48,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with upwards of 5 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing. You will be expected to pick up a mix case load of Residential matters some light Commercial Property work will also be included. Secretarial support is also available.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Legal Professionals who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
