RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER:
The appointed Residential Conveyancer will pride themselves on excellent client care and a professional, efficient and friendly service. Handling the full range of residential conveyancing matters, the appointed Residential Conveyancer will either be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record of dealing with complex matters. Ideal Residential Conveyancing Lawyers will have a sound track record of dealing with the full spectrum of residential property matters including plot development sites. You will be joining a conveyancing team that offers in depth local knowledge and strong working relationships with developers and estate agents, giving them credibility and a fantastic reputation within the local market. Suitable Residential Property Lawyers will have at least 5 years PQE in a similar role.
