JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

THE ROLE:
This well-regarded and multi service legal firm in Yorkshire has an opening for an experienced Residential Conveyancer with at least 4 years’ PQE to join a busy property team. The appointed Conveyancer will be responsible for their own caseload of Conveyancing matters to include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, leasehold, shared ownership and complex title transactions. You may also be required to deal with some light Commercial Property matters which will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold land.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Conveyancers who have at least 4 years’ prior experience handling their own busy caseload of Conveyancing matters. It is imperative that applicants have solid grounding in a variety of matters and the complete Conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication and be comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals. Candidates who have the relevant Residential Conveyancing experience and an interest in Commercial Property are encouraged to apply.
