COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR 4+ PQE – WEST MIDLANDS - £EXCELLENT – JOB REF:5875

This is a growing, ambitious commercial law firm like no other, looking to recruit their next Commercial Solicitor. On offer is an employed role with the freedom and flexibility of self-employment! You can work from home or one of the firms nearby offices. Full time, part time and flexible hours are available. There is also a Partner role for the right candidate.
To facilitate and support of the firms ambitious plans, they are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their team. Ideally around 4 -10 years PQE, however they are recruiting across all levels. In return they promise to provide you with an opportunity that is exciting, fast moving, and professionally rewarding. You will be joining a dynamic but supportive, commercially focused and integrated team, working in a relaxed but professional environment. This opportunity is suited to solicitors with general commercial experience, in particular, distribution agreements, agency agreements, general terms and conditions for goods and services, some experience of competition law or an interest in training in this area (preferred but not essential) and experience in data protection and privacy law.
