CORPORATE SOLICITOR 3+ PQE – WEST MIDLANDS - £DEPENDING ON PQE LEVEL – JOB REF:5874

This is a growing, ambitious commercial law firm like no other, looking to recruit their next Corporate Solicitor. On offer is an employed role with the freedom and flexibility of self-employment! You can work from home or one of the firms nearby offices. Full time, part time and flexible hours are available. There is also a Partner role for the right candidate. To facilitate and support their ambitious plans, the firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive, commercially focused and integrated team, working in a relaxed but professional environment. This opportunity is suited to solicitors with wide ranging Corporate experience, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions.
