JOB TITLE: Locum Planning Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: Up to 2+ years
LOCATION: Remote Working (Occasional office presence)
HOURLY RATE: £Competitive (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor with upwards of 2+ years' experience within a previous planning role. The appointed Locum Planning Solicitor will be responsible for the drafting and planning of highway agreements, these will include, S106, S278 and S38 agreements. The successful Solicitor will advise clients on a wide range of matters, which include, highways and transport, town & country planning, public rights of way, Town Village Green and Commons matters. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of Planning. This role will commence immediately, and the successful candidate will be working 3 days of the week initially.

CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought after from Planning Solicitors who will gain a minimum of 2 years’ experience within planning law. You will be a confident and a detail focused Planning Solicitor with excellent communication skills, including a good drafting ability. Suitable Planning Solicitors will relish the opportunity to further develop their career within this area of law, working on behalf of an impressive client list and handling high quality work. Knowledge of case management systems is required to be successful in this role.
