JOB TITLE: Legal Counsel/Commercial Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: South West/Midlands
SALARY: Up to £70,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This exciting and not to be missed opportunity has arisen due to a need to support a maternity leave within this busy In-House team. Want to join a dynamic and empowering organisation? As a Legal Counsel/ Commercial Solicitor you will be responsible for advising and negotiating on a range of commercial contracts within the brand, supporting with compliance, licensing and franchise, real estate, marketing and many other areas. You will oversee instructing external counsel and managing and mitigating risks. You must have previous experience of working In-house within large companies and organisations. This role is a hybrid working position- the company supports and encourages flexibility and remote working.

THE CANDIDATE:
The candidate must be passionate, outgoing, a team player and an experienced Commercial Lawyer. You must have a minimum of 3-4 PQE and have previous experience of working successfully within a team and as an individual. You must be commercially minded and be technically capable within the regulations and processes that govern consumer led businesses. You must be highly organised, a perfectionist in your work and strive to improve and implement positive changes within the legal division.
