JOB TITLE: Conveyancing Locum
LOCATION: Hampshire
PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity has become available for a licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or solicitor with 3+ years' PQE. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. The successful candidate will have experience in leasehold extension and enfranchisement. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. This role will commence immediately.
