JOB TITLE: Real Estate Development Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+

SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
The successful Real Estate Development Solicitor will become an integral part of a flourishing and dynamic team, delivering an exceptional client service across a variety of residential-led projects. This opportunity offers the appointed Real Estate Development Lawyer to be involved in large scale matters as well as being involved in a wide range of real estate cases such as landlord and tenant work, overage agreements, development agreements and leases. Your caseload will be focuses on development work and offers the appointed Real Estate Development Lawyers to deal with infrastructure agreements, land promotions and sales and large-scale commercial lettings. Joining this highly knowledgeable team will allow you to truly take your career to the next level.

THE CANDIDATE:
As a talented and ambitious Real Estate Development Solicitor, you will ideally be experienced handling a wide ranging real estate development caseload. You will be motivated to excel within a highly performing, professional and cooperative environment, delivering a high level of client service across all real estate services. You will have demonstrable experience thriving in a challenging and dynamic environment, and a desire to enhance your portfolio through exposure to a range of high value clients. You will further have a passion for business development, keen to promote our client’s image both in and out of the workplace. Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor will have completed at least one seat within commercial property / real estate.
