HEAD OF RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING/SOLICITOR 5+ PQE - £50,000 TO £60,000 (DOE) – WEST SUSSEX – JOB REF:5388

You will join a leading a long-established firm with a strong reputation in the local area. The firm offers a friendly and supportive team where you can progress your career long-term. This leading, regional practice is looking for an experienced and qualified Conveyancer to manage and run their conveyancing department. You will handle your own caseload and be expected to consistently achieve monthly billing targets. The conveyancing clients will range from first-time buyers purchasing their first home to experienced property investors dealing with the purchase of complex high-value properties. You will be responsible for managing the residential conveyancing team (2 conveyancers, 3 support staff) and take the lead on distributing the workload, holding monthly residential conveyancing department meetings and the mentoring and training of staff.
