JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
LOCATION: Coventry
PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40

THE ROLE:
An experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum is sought after to join a thriving practice on a locum basis in Coventry. You will need the ability to manage an existing caseload and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client. The role will include dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including:

• Residential Sale (leasehold and freehold)
• Residential Purchase (leasehold and freehold)
• Commercial Conveyancing
• Re-mortgage
• Transfer of Equity
• Shared Ownership Sale and Purchase (Inc. Staircasing)
• Auction Sales & Purchases
• Buy-to-Let Sales & Purchases
• New Build Sales (acting for Developer) and Purchase
• Help to Buy
• Equity Release
• Declarations of Trust
• Estate/Probate Sales


THE CANDIDATE:
This role would suit a licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and will be able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. The successful conveyancer will liaise closely with the Head of Property Department in providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
