PQE REQUIRED: 1+ Years PQE

OVERVIEW:
• This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to get the benefits of challenging work in a supportive and professional atmosphere.
• The position involves acting on sales and acquisitions, letting, property management and property finance.
• The role is expected to encompass a broad base of general commercial property work including providing property assistance on corporate transactions.
• The role requires a good knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property tax
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE, preferably gained in a top 100 firm.
• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise
