JOB TITLE: Senior Employment/ Commercial
PQE REQUIRED: 8+ PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £60,000-£90,000 DOE- Generous fee share agreement.

THE ROLE:
The role will require the successful candidate to help with marketing and work generation, but it is encouraged that the consultants will view cases that the firm refer to as a bonus rather than what they rely on. It’s the perfect opportunity for a dedicated lawyer looking to work on a self-employed basis. The firm is particularly interested in speaking to experienced solicitors or partners who are based within the West Midlands.

THE CANDIDATE:
This is an excellent opportunity to move away from the constraints of a traditional law firm setting to really focus on what matters most to you, building relationships with your clients which results in fee income. You should be an experienced Employment/ Commercial Solicitor or Partner, ideally with a client following. The ideal candidate should specialise in Employment or Commercial Law and have a minimum of 8 years post qualification experience.

They are offering a generous fee share agreement to Senior Solicitors/ Partners that are looking to move away from the traditional way of working within a law firm.
