JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: Newly Qualified (NQ)
LOCATION: Greater London (West)
This is a great opportunity for an NQ Personal Injury Solicitor to join a supportive team and receive fantastic ongoing training. You will be responsible for providing a high quality legal service to clients on all aspects of claimant personal injury and clinical negligence work with specialist areas of expertise within sexual abuse, child abuse and clinical negligence matters. You will join a well-respected team handling work of equivalent ‘City’ quality.
You will be able to demonstrate an awareness of complex personal injury work including multi-track matters and will have an interest to handle sexual abuse, brain injury, child abuse and complex clinical negligence matters. You will have a demonstrable commitment to building and developing a career in complex personal injury, evidenced by a genuine enthusiasm along with experience in this area of law. In addition, you will be expected to have an interest in marketing and business development activity. Excellent technical ability and a passion for this area of law is a pre-requisite.
