JOB TITLE: Real Estate Partner/Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 8+
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY: £120,000 to £200,000

OVERVIEW: You will join a leading, national practice offering a collegiate environment and an exceptional benefits package. Real estate is a long-term investment and the firm build lasting, partner-led relationships with their clients. They don't just handle the issue at hand, but provide strategic advice for maximising future income and avoiding problems before they arise. With experts across Planning, Construction & Engineering, Property Litigation, Asset Management and Real Estate Finance, the lawyers can support the client through every eventuality. The practice is looking to further grow their commercial property department by hiring an astute and accomplished Real Estate Partner. You will play an integral part in a wide range of work, across a full remit of real estate legal services for a varied client base, including private and public sectors. You will be acting for well-known regional and national developers, investment companies, FE Colleges and local authorities on issues relating to commercial and residential matters, education property investment, self-invested pension schemes and retail franchising, for which the department has a superb reputation both locally and further afield.

REAL ESTATE PARTNER/SOLICITOR: The successful candidate will already be an experienced Partner with a reputable regional or national law firm and will be looking to develop their career further. You will be expected to play a key role in the exciting growth phase that this firm is experiencing at the moment. A following is essential. You will be a successful business developer and used to dealing with a large number of clients and a busy caseload. Supervisory / management experience is essential as you will be expected to lead from the front and mentor more junior members of staff. An excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational skills, you'll be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. Of great importance is the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and show a genuine commitment to their business needs.
