JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 0-2 years
LOCATION: Leeds
SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
Due to increased workload in the team, this legal 500 firm are seeking a qualified solicitor to join their team of highly respected and dedicated professionals to provide a range of general legal advice in a claimant focussed environment. The team consists of lawyers dedicated to advising on and pursuing employment and industrial relations issues in the tribunals and courts for employees, Unions, Associations, professional bodies and their members. This role offers the successful candidate coaching and training as well as a nurturing environment, where you can grow and shape your career.

THE CANDIDATE:
As an admitted solicitor, you will be assessing and advising on a range of claimant employment matters. You will therefore need to have excellent knowledge of employment law advice and settlement agreements in particular. The role requires excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail to enable you to construct clear and effective arguments. You will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a strong academic background with experience gained at a leading firm
