JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1 – 5PQE
An opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm based in Tamworth has arisen, the successful Employment Solicitor will be joining the employment law team to manage a busy mixed caseload of Employment law matters these consisting of claimant and respondent cases. The successful Employment Solicitor will also be responsible for actively contributing to the teams business development work although the caseload does consist of a pool of clients who instruct on matters regularly.
THE EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR:
The successful Employment Solicitor will have a minimum of one year PQE and will have experience dealing with a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. There will be an element of business development however there are a pool of clients who instruct regularly and so this is a fantastic opportunity to build some strong relationships. You should have excellent communication skills, and be a team player.
