PQE REQUIRED: 3+

THE ROLE:
An accomplished Solicitor with expertise in handling Commercial Property transactions is required by a highly regarded firm in Surrey to provide some interim support whilst the firm undertake some permanent recruitment into their busy team. Handling the full remit of commercial property matters, the successful Commercial Property Solicitor is likely to be handling the sale and purchase of commercial premises, commercial landlord and tenant matters and also agricultural matters. The firm is able to boast an enviable client base, high quality work, and long term prospects for the right person.

THE CANDIDATE:
A qualified Solicitor with in excess of 3 PQE, you will have a solid background in Commercial Property work, gained within a well regarded practice. You will be known amongst colleagues for your dedication to exceptional client care and for 'going the extra mile' to ensure clients needs are met. Your experience will include working on all aspects of commercial property matters including capable of handling a variety of work including Landlords & Tenants, acting for Vendors & Purchasers, leasehold management, land registry and freehold properties. You must be available to commence work in July 2019 and be available to provide support until at least August 2019.
