Our client's commercial litigation department has an exceptional reputation for the excellent technical advice they provide and commercial awareness they exhibit. Their clients comes from a range of industries and the team acts for many high net worth individuals. The appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be advising clients on a full coverage of commercial litigation matters. It is expected that the Newly Qualified Solicitor will be both eager and enthusiastic in progressing matters form the initial instructions through to their conclusion, whether that be by information settlement , mediation or trial. The Newly Qualified Solicitor will be fully immersed in all steps of the litigation process including case management, evidence, disclosure and attendance at the trial itself, should this be required. In addition, the appointed Solicitor will mentor more junior members of the team and become involved in business devolvement activities.
The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have excellent academics and should have a completed a minimum of one seat in Commercial Litigation. The Newly Qualified Commercial Solicitor should have had experience of a varied range of commercial litigation matters as it is expected the appointed Solicitor will be joining a team who advise on disputes arising from finance, landlord and tenant, construction and insolvency. As any successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor knows, this area of law can be stressful and, therefore, our client is looking for talented candidates who thrive under pressure, are genuinely passionate about this area of law and are extremely well organised.
