What does a Probate Manager do?

Probate officers deal with the legal and financial process of the property, money and possessions of a person who has died.

Tasks required include:

• Runs chambers on behalf of principals, develops the practice, manages the flow of work, decides which cases to accept, arranges appropriate fees and prepares financial records.

What are the entry requirements for a Probate Manager?
